I'm Ben, a designer and developer from Fürth. Since 2018, as freelancer, founder and change manager, I've turned vague briefs into things people can actually try.
Design that changes people
I studied Communication Design. My thesis became a tool for personal development that is used in systemic therapy. I have wanted to build that kind of thing ever since.

M.A. in Diversity Management with distinction, and co-founder of Jibbern and Sichere Zuflucht, where identity, trust and vulnerability shaped every decision.
Building with AI
AI coding agents are my daily building material: working prototypes in days, not months. I read, test and fix what they produce instead of simply accepting it.
When reality disagrees
Design Thinking at HPI with Rolls-Royce, then coach and Scrum Master. I put things in front of real people early, and I rebuild rather than defend the first version.
Why atrain
Because nobody discovers a blind spot on slide twelve of forty. I want to build the experiences where it happens, somewhere between psychology, learning and technology.
